Gonzaga’s first-round opponent will be 12th-seeded Belmont, winners of the Ohio Valley Conference Tournament. This will be the first NCAA Tournament in three-years for Okanogan’s Jill Townsend. She was injured in 2019 when Gonzaga reached the second round against Oregon State. The Bulldogs enter the tournament with a 23-3 record, having won the WCC regular season and tournament titles.
Gonzaga and Belmont’s game will be Monday at 1pm and televised on ESPN-U.
