The flavor of the month will be chestnut milk chocolate, filled with chestnut and milk chocolate ganache. Mr. Ansel’s Christmas Morning Cereal, an annual specialty of puffed rice covered in chocolate, mini meringues and hazelnuts, is also available, as are gift boxes of individual kouign amann, canelé and Cookie Shots.
