The first of three presidential debates before the 2020 election is set for this week.

Former Vice President Joe Biden will square off against President Donald Trump.

Here’s an overview of what to expect along with viewing information.

The first presidential debate with Trump and Biden will be Tuesday, Sept. 29.

The debate will take place at the Sheila and Eric Samson Pavilion at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. The event was originally scheduled for the University of Notre Dame in Indiana. The college had to cancel because of the effects of COVID-19 on its fall semester.

The debate will air on many networks including ABC, CBS, C-SPAN, Fox, NBC, CNN, MSNBC and Fox News at 9 p.m. ET and is set to last 90 minutes without commercials, until 10:30 p.m. ET.

You can stream the debate in multiple ways, not limited to but including C-SPAN on YouTube, CBSNews.com, ABCNews.com and WashingtonPost.com.

Fox News anchor Chris Wallace will moderate the debate.

Trump and Biden are set to cover topics including their records, COVID-19, the Supreme Court, the economy, race and violence, and the integrity of the election. The debate will be divided into six 15-minute segments.

The vice presidential debate is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 7 with California Sen. Kamala Harris and Vice President Mike Pence at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, with USA Today’s Susan Page moderating.

The second, town meeting-style presidential debate is set for Thursday, Oct. 15 at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in Miami, with C-SPAN’s Steve Scully moderating. Citizens will ask questions at the debate.

The third presidential debate will be Oct. 22 at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, with NBC News’ Kristen Welker moderating.
